  1. I like to add hair to mine. How I do it is cut 4-6 pieces of black yarn. I make the pieces 2x(hair length) + 2″. Holding all the pieces together tie an overhand knot in the middle of the group and drop this into the unstuffed head of the minion. Then use a crochet hook to draw the black strands of hair from the inside to the outside. The overhand knot will keep the strands from pulling all the way through. The hair can then be trimmed to a desired length. If stiffer hair is desired, soak the strands in water/glue mixture at the very end of the process and hang the minion upside down to dry. Hope that wasn’t too confusing!! ;-P

Could you give a little more detail on how to make the feet?
    Thanks! Shirley

    • Hi Shirley, After you finish off the feet (black yarn) you switch to the blue yarn for the legs then sc once in each stitch around for 4 rows. After that you pull the yarn through the last stitch to close it off, then cut the yarn and leave a long tail to sew it on to the body of the Minion.

  3. Thank you for this pattern! It’s super easy and awesome! I’m finishing one, hopefully today, then starting another one for a friend’s daughter’s birthday present.

  4. This might seem like a stupid question, but rows 38-41 you say to finish off yellow and continue with blue. Do you mean to do like rows 34-37, and this is for the body, sorry.
